Clipping a Part of A Recording 

This article will show you how to clip and download a portion of a recording for coaching purposes.

Clipping part of a recording

  1. From any recording click the Gear Icon at the top right corner:Clipping a Recording Step 1
  2. Click in the transcript where you would like the clip to start
  3. Click Clip RecordingClipping a Recording Step 2
  4. Click in the Transcript where you would like the 
  5. Click and Drag portion of Transcript where you would like the clip to end.clipping a recording step 3
  6. Drag the end of the Clip bar on the Recording the the end of where you want to clip to end.
  7. Click Download This Clip to Download the clip and share it where you would like.  Now it can be played back or shared with the FI manager for coaching purposes.clipping a recording step 4

Permissions

  • Clips inherit source recording permissions by default
  • Admins can  restrict downloads/shares outside the organization
